Products & Custom Orders

Many items sold through Kira Brogan Creations are handmade or customised. Because of this, slight variations in colour, design, placement or finish may occur and are part of the unique nature of handmade products.

For personalised or custom orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, names, dates and information provided are correct before submitting an order.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be completed in full before any order is processed or dispatched. Payments are handled securely through trusted third party payment providers.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Processing & Delivery

Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume, especially for custom items.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed once orders have been dispatched. Kira Brogan Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of custom products, personalised or made to order items are non refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and details of the problem.

Non personalised items may be eligible for return if unused and in their original condition.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content and branding on this website belong to Kira Brogan Creations and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kira Brogan Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products or the website.
